Ender-Aresean Non-Agression Pact

This agreement goes into effect once both parties have signed it.

Parties:
- Ender Republic (nation)
- Aresean Technocratic Republic (nation)

Provisions:

i. The Ender Republic agrees to not interfere directly in Aresea; Ender agrees not to:

• Promote or subsidize terrorism/independence movements within Aresea.
• Posit embargoes on Aresea or its member states.
• Confiscate of property belonging to Areseans.
• Invade or declare war on any settlement/nation in Aresea.
• Grieb or annex Aresean settlements.

ii. The Aresean Technocratic Republic agrees to not interfere directly in Enderian affairs; Aresea agrees not to:

• Grieb or annex Enderian settlements.
• Posit embargoes on Ender or its member states.
• Confiscate of property belonging to Enderians.
• Promote or subsidize terrorism/independence movements within or against Ender.
• Wage war on any settlement/nation within Ender or allied with Ender.
• Invade or declare war on Ender in any direct or indirect way.
• Take in fugitives Ender deems dangerous to the Enderian state.

iii. It is the duty of state officials to prevent citizens from interfering directly or indirectly in Ender-Ares relations, including volunteering in enemy or mercenary forces

iv. Violation of any provision presents a legitimate casus belli for the other.

v. This treaty may be dissolved if the leaders of both Ender and of Aresea agree on it.
