The Imperial Federation of Autonomous Settlements (IFAS) is a proposed nation for the new 1.1 game.

Constitutional draft

Article 1

The IFAS is a union of settlements for the purpose of executing nation rights. It advocates free trade and free travel between member settlements.

Article 2

  1. Central Institution is the Imperial Congress, which is physically associated with the Imperial Congress Building at (-250/900), though no physical presence is required.
  2. Each member settlement appoints one delegate for the Imperial Congress.

Article 3

  1. The Imperial Congress deals with national issues only.
  2. It has no say in any internal affairs of member settlements.
  3. Congressional power is limited to:
    • Defense and war
    • Territorial issues, that are not within a settlement's jurisdiction
