Upon signature of this treaty This treaty becomes immediately defunct and accedes to Normal Commonwealth law.

Tomoko Promises to:

• Hand over control of The free city of Ares, which was made of Wynterlynian and Badfacian territory to the Commonwealth Reichsrat for its control.
• Claim no Authority over the previously mentioned territories now and furthermore.
• Commit to good governance of the territories bequeathed to him by the Reichsrat of the Commonwealth
• Form a noble house independent of any house of the commonwealth
• never claim the crown of Kreigstein as his own.

The Commonwealth Proomises to:

• Form out of the territories of Castile and Nouvelle reims a new territory Known as the Grand(1) Duchy of Nouvelle Reims (in association with the commonwealth).
• hand over sovereignty of the afformentioned Duchy to Tomoko
• Create a steering committee as to the future of the Free city of Ares and its future administration.

1. Being that a Grand Duke is a crowned monarch, the Reichsrat will not be giving a crown of any kind to tomoko. Upon independence it will be tomokos perogative to declare a grand duchy and be crowned at that point in time.
