Wow, really? It has neither a accurate census, a governmental building, claimed land nor a actual wiki page. How easy is it to become a nation nowadays?

Whatever - it has already been a nation on the old map. Claimed territories exist and according to the list, there are 15 citizens. Also, governmental buildings and wiki pages are overrated. ~Enton
