-Not withstanding,​ if a secton of the border runs across a body of water in a manner which the border continues the opposite side, the only demarcation ​requirement ​is that there shall be a marker placed on each side, within ​3 blocks ​of the waterline, and a sign placed presuant to req. 2; or if the border ​does not cross to the opposite, the only requirement will be a marker placed ​on the shorewithin ​3 blocks ​of the water line, where the border continues into the water, and a sign placed presuant to req. 2; unless the body of water is the following:​ +(B) - MARITIME BORDERS:
