If Wissendorf is not a national settlement, then it must be an independent settlement, and independent settlements are immune to politics. Venomthrope should then be able to treat the situation as he sees fit, including ignoring it completely, or possibly banning you for illegal PvP/aggressive political actions on a non-political settlement or innocent player. This is of course if venomthrope is the current legitimate representative of Wissendorf, so I suppose the question of who currently represents Wissendorf needs to be answered, it seems that it has been under venomthrope's stewardship since Ivanidiot abandoned the settlement. | ||

Ivanidiot was too incompetent to do shit, so venomthrope finished Wissendorf and gained ownership over it. At any best, the Wissendorf trade mark belongs to venomthrope. Either way, what Sikandar says its true.
