+As PPA concedes, both of the parties are settlements, so neither is able to own land. Therefore the Politbüro doesn't deem it proper to give either party exclusive rights to disputed or any other lands. The Politbüro has decided to allow both parties to manage projects on the mountains.  Furthermore it forbids either party from interfering with the projects of others within the confines of snowy mountains between Karak Khaldun and Klamdau and reminds both parties that neither settlement may claim any land beyond the immediate surroundings of its buildings.
